I am an ADHD Therapeutic Coach based in Bishops Cleeve covering all local areas including Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester and other areas of the UK.  I work with adults, teenagers and children 9+years as well  as couples with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD and Autism.

Well done for reaching out, particularly if you are neurodivergent as taking the first step is the hardest part.  We often get overwhelmed when we need to do something so end up doing nothing.  This can often be perceived wrongly as laziness or procrastination.  I get it!!  

Also, there is so much shame attached to ADHD and Autism that we are often in denial about our sympoms.  Well, I am here to help you realise that "your difference is amazing" and you are not weird or odd.  Your brain is simply wired differently.

You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching and therapy you can be undiagnosed.  Often my clients just have a sense that they have ADHD or Autism and I am able to help them confirm this if desired and develop coping strategies.
